Click map to view a larger version in a separate browser window. Rules & Regulations SPEED LIMIT: Safety and dust are major concerns of Park Management. Maximum speed limit for all vehicles is 5 MPH. Please follow all directional signs. Everyone using the road system is expected to abide by the posted speed. If you are causing dust, you are traveling too fast. Guests are here to relax and not in any hurry. SITE OCCUPANCY: Please park in your assigned site and off the main thoroughfare. If you park in a site that has not been assigned to you, you will be charged the full amount for that site as well as the site you were assigned and also be will asked to move. There is a limit of ten people allowed per site. Additional vehicles will be allowed at your site for $10.00 per vehicle per night. Any site with a red electrical box is a privately owned site and may not be parked in by the public. If you are interested in information on owning your own permanent site please ask any staff member. POOLS: There are two swimming pools on the resort for everyone’s use during the posted hours. Children under the age of THIRTEEN (13) are not allowed within the pool area without adult supervision. Any child attempting to enter the area without an adult will be refused admittance. The resort does not provide LIFEGUARDS for the pools. Your supervision of your children is mandatory at all times. Children in diapers MUST be in swim diapers. Ample showers are available and the resort requires use of the showers prior to entering into the pools. Running and Diving are strictly prohibited and repeat offenders will be asked to leave the area immediately. No food or glass is allowed anywhere within the pool area at any time. One of the pools will be closed off from 6 p.m. to dusk for adult park members, and adult permanent site owners only and will so be marked each day. If for some reason or another, adults are not in attendance at the pool, the pool attendant may at his/her discretion open both pools for full use. SAUNA/HOTTUB: A sauna is located in the Men’s and Women’s restroom area of the pools. These facilities may be used at any time they are open. The sauna is a great relaxing time for ADULTS and should be used according to the instructions. Saunas are not toys and children under the age of eighteen (18) are not allowed to use them without adult supervision. The HOT TUB room is strictly for adult use eighteen (18) and older. A maximum of eight (8) adults is allowed in the hot tub at any one time. PLAY AREA: A play area is located next to the Family Center for children. Young children under the age of seven (7) must have parental supervision while in the playground area. Children without supervision will be asked to leave the area. If this occurs it is for the safety of the child and until an adult is with the child they will not be able to return. THEATER: A room has been set aside in the Family Center for the purpose of watching TV. The theater will have scheduled events for children to watch cartoons, special shows, etc. The room will also be set up for scheduled events like ball games for adults. GAME AREA: Electronic video and other games have been set up in various areas of the Resort for youth and adult entertainment. These electric devices are for personal entertainment and not to be abused. Purposely beating on or damaging the equipment will be dealt with on an individual basis and if they are damaged the offender will be expected to pay for all repairs incurred. LAUNDRY: A full service laundry is located in the front of the park, behind the store. The laundry is for the use of all campers on the park. Please respect your fellow campers and clean up after use of the facility. STORE: A full service store is located in the front of the park, at the entrance. The store hours will vary depending on time of the year and attendance on the park. Check with park management for the posted store hours. QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. All family members under 18 must be in their campsite unless accompanied by an adult. SECURITY: Security is a major concern of Resort Management! If you have a MAJOR emergency immediately dial 911. Your next call should be to the Resort Security phone so they can direct the required service to your site. Full time security is on the park year round for your protection. The security phone number will be posted on all of the park bulletin boards. Report any unsafe or out of control conditions to security immediately so situations do not get out of hand. GUNS AND KNIVES: Guns and weapons must be secured at all times while on the park. Firing weapons on the resort is strictly prohibited. Artificial weapons, pellet guns, and BB guns are no exception! New toy guns and knives are hard for the lay person to distinguish and as such are also banned for use on the park. GOLF COURSE: The golf course is available for play by scheduling a tee time. The course is a pay for play amenity. The golf course is for the sole purpose of playing golf. Camping is not permitted on the course. NOTE: Everyone MUST check in prior to playing golf. Starting on a hole other than number one (1) is not permitted at any time. If you are on the course be sure to have your pay ticket available for review by Resort personnel if asked. Please respect the course at all times. MOTORIZED VEHICLES: ATV’s are a privileged use on the park. ATV’s will be allowed ONLY if they are used in the same manner as a golf cart or scooter. They MUST obey all rules and regulations of the park including the five (5) MPH speed limit and no dust. The Park has a NO-EXCEPTION RULE regarding ATV’s. If someone abuses the driving rules they will no longer be able to use the ATV on the park property. ATV must stay on the roads at all times; no cross-site riding is permitted. NO RIDING OF SKATEBOARDS OR DIRT BIKES IS ALLOWED ON THE RESORT AT ANY TIME. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Cascade Peaks does allow alcohol on the Resort. Legal age drinking will be STRICTLY enforced. If a Cascade Peaks employee suspects that under age drinking is taking place the individual/s will be asked to show identification. If identification can not be provided the individual/s will be asked to discontinue or leave the Resort immediately. If drinking causes disruptions for Members or other campers then the activity will have to be discontinued. FIRE PITS: ALL fires must be kept within
the ring, pit or firebox. When leaving your site please make sure that
the fire is secure and EXTINGUISHED COMPLETELY. PETS: Pets are welcome on the Resort, with conditions. ALL pets must be kept on a maximum 10’ leash at all times or in your tent or RV. You MUST clean up after your pet/s. You may be asked to remove the pet/s if they become vicious, noisy, unruly, or aggressive. Pets are not allowed into ANY of the park buildings. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 12:00 noon. When leaving the Resort, be sure to take the time to see that all of your gear is packed and your trash disposed of properly in one of the Resort dumpsters. Lastly, make sure you have us on your calendar for your next camping stay.
